From Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion

Research demonstrates that everyone has unconscious biases that operate subconsciously. One of the biggest hurdles to addressing our unconscious biases is when we deny that they exist. The first step to interrupt our unconscious biases is to recognize situations where they tend to show up. 

 

This workshop goes beyond simply identifying unconscious bias and its impacts, and helps participants understand the how they can make a meaningful difference in shifting unconscious bias to conscious inclusion in their organizations in areas such as: communications, recruitment/selection, performance reviews and client service.
